This FREE downloadable version of Shuttles is the computer version of our most popular two player starategy game. It is only available in the PC format. The unique feature of the game is that you, the player, always have a "friendly" opponent who is ready and willing to play you a game. We call him "the monster", not because he looks like one, but because he is quite skillful and merciless. He doesn't care if you ever win! However, there is no need to worry as the game can be played on six different skill levels. We suggest you start at the beginning level and advance to the next higher level every time you have won three consecutive games.
The "monster" doesn't like to loose and if you beat him, he cries out loud with tears streaming down his face. However, if he wins, he lets you know about it and can be quite obnoxious. Another unique feature of the game is the "rooting section" of animated characters who show their enthusiasm, and their displeasure, in a variety of ways during the course of the game. Every game is different and the player always has the option of making the first or second move. Players who wish to play a "quiet" game can turn off all of the sounds so that they can better concentrate on their moves. Complete instructions on how to play the game are provided.
